Tata Consultancy Services will be recruiting for various positions under Smart Hiring. Under this, freshers will be given a chance. 70,000 freshers will be able to apply for this. November 2 is the last date to apply.

TCS Smart Hiring Program: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is one of the top four IT businesses. The Tata Group is the largest recruitment and training body in the country. The company plans to hire 70,000 freshers through off-campus hiring this financial year.

Instead of a college campus placement, the company has launched its in-house smart hiring program. Rajesh Gopinathan, Chief Executive Officer, TCS, said that TCS will be recruiting freshers in various fields from this year. Emphasis will be placed on increasing the recruitment of candidates by reducing off-campus employment tours. This will prevent the organization from acting as a quality benchmark. Because the company will no longer rely on the surrogate institution for quality. He also said that TCS can now focus on the specific talents of the candidates.

Registration till November 2
Interested and eligible candidates have to register for the Smart Recruitment Program by November 2. The company has announced that the selection test will be conducted from November 19 and interview dates will be given after the test.

Under TCS Smart Hiring for BCA, B.Sc (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, IT), and B.Voc for CS / IT students in the year 2020-21 and graduation in 2022. Opportunities will be given to the candidates studying the course.

Students who perform exceptionally well during the TCS Smart Recruitment Selection Process will have the opportunity to participate in TCS Ignite – TCS’s unique ‘Science to Software’ program, the company said. The event will also provide training in trending technology and open the door to a holistic and global IT career for candidates, the company said.
